Just making sure you didn’t revert back to a tune before the changes I suggested. It seems you had a bunch of successful pulls after the suggestions I made. Then all of a sudden the original issue came back after track testing other tunes.
this May not be the issue just send odd it was resolved for so many pulls

coolant flows, all valves open or close when commanded, ac blows ice cold when doing cabin…

i think im done, this is a sign to sell the car and get my ass to florida

The unit is not getting cold, however the AC blows stupid cold.
How is the orientation of the unit? Can you post a picture of the Freon in and out lines orientation to the ground? The outlet needs to be on the bottom not the top or it can fill with liquid Freon and not evaporate correctly, worst case not even flow, ie not get cold then.

Yea, looks right from pictures posted. Does the pipe and hose on the bottom of the TXV valve get cold during operation?

The only moving part in it is the TXV valve the brass colored device. Out of the bottom of it going to the heat exchanger itself should get ice cold. If it’s not it’s not letting liquid Freon go through it or there no liquid Freon there. Did you check the charge pressures?
Is the intercooler coolant circulating for sure through the KC unit?

You have a cheap R134A charge can with gauge? If not go get one and just use the gauge and hose to see what the suction side pressure is. If may just be out of gas as it’s hard to get the system to be 100% leak free.

Spoke with Joe from Kincaid, great guy. Wants me to make sure there are no leaks. Do a check at ambient and do a check with the car hot. The coolant in the bmr tank is being removed, going with a 30/70 mix. See if I can get it colder. 15” brake conversion as well Thursday night, should I not like how the car performs after that I’ll be posting it up as for sale on FB marketplace. I no longer have the stomach for this.
