On the maybe bright side, I hope to be able to afford a spare trans and would love to get my hands on a new 2.7 or 3.0L blower, but we'll see how proud they are $-wise relative to the best in class Whipple

What is to be excited about? I am not going to pay them for a commemorative edition. I have a nice ‘19 and it took a while and enough cash to make it right finally. I’ll keep this one and wait for a Chevrolet that I am excited about.

I love the Whipple, but I also like the look of the OE style IHI, and am kind of a "value-shopper" like Speedy has been with his blower upgrade project. More than about 50-60% the cost of Whipple = go Whipple

Assuming demand is high for the last year I would question whether they can get all the parts to build them anyway. This chip issue hasn’t improved that much and the supply chain still isn’t in good shape. That’d really suck to get an order in and then they can’t build it with your options or before the deadline comes. 🤔

There's nothing to get excited about. Just a final pump for cash.
With me it's looking like an older cruiser will be the next and probably final hot rod.

You can always get a junkyard trans and get it rebuild and modified.

Would be excited about the Hellcat Durango being available again, but I know it will be insanely priced + ADM out the ass.
Unless you have an inside track at some dealership, looks like there will be plenty of ways (ADM, bidding wars) for the stealerships to shake down customers one last time. This will be a rerun of the '15 Hellcat cluster IMO.

I like that Destroyer Gray is back but it doesn't make me want to get out of my SS for it.

But I can throw in a 3rd 0-60 in 1.29 seconds but pretty far fetched

I too am excited for The Durango, I like those and it's one of the SUVs that has enough usable space for a family. The Jeep is too small for most families and not a realistic choice for me and we are only a family of 4.

Bet they are priced at $100K+ then there will be the inevitable ADM.

I 'built' an SRT 'rango the other day - stripes, black top, leather, tow, interior pkg and it was over $80K

I think releasing the alllocation list is going to be ADM heaven for those dealers. Kiss all negotiation, % below invoice deals, haggling, MSRP deals etc goodbye. Replace those with dealers who know that buyers are aware that theyre the only game in town, and be ready for 50k+ ADM’s. 2023 will be the year that only the wealthy will be able to afford one.
Think I’m done purchasing new Dodge’s.
