The rear output flange will need to be removed as well use the punch to get the locking tabs on the nut bent out before removing it so as to not damage the threads

Looks heavy. Lol what is holding up the rear of the engine?

Sent from my BBF100-2 using Tapatalk
the engine mounts actually support the engine just fine and no need to add additional support

Here’s the pics of the A and B clutches
They still look new no damage or any signs of slippage first is A clutch which is housed in the back of the pump 2nd is the B clutch which you see still in the housing and then the clutches with steels are laid out on the bench 8B916323-CB2D-427B-ADB1-5C2886B2178D.jpeg F9A218D4-7ACD-426E-B4C8-396C8F6F6B7E.jpeg EB690E0B-FF4D-4C16-BA1D-5B92138F041D.jpeg AD6770F7-D8AD-48FD-9797-A5726D578A20.jpeg

On here is the break down of the c, e and d clutches as you can see the E and D clutches have definitely been slipping the c clutch is ok as it shows no signs of slipping the order is C E D

AS FROM FROM THE PUMP TO THE REAR OF THE TRANS YOU HAVE IT AS FOLLOWS A B C E D
I also added the pic of the housing that holds the c-d clutches and the P1-P4 planatarys BA7372E5-1DD8-4A94-9582-2E147972FABA.jpeg E6727226-B2AA-43E7-B77D-9E4353A60EA6.jpeg 743A3F49-8740-46DE-A7D6-A86B9E49D4E2.jpeg E7B251B7-2A8A-4BBC-B957-5817568F2562.jpeg

Nice. Thanks for sharing. Out of curiousity, do you know what the 4 digit stamps around the edge of the housing mean? 2014, 2015, and 2010. There's an F1N1 too. Alignment marks?

Maybe it is me but those stock clutches look perfect, are you sure that the clutches are burnt? What color is the fluid? It looks dark green which is normal (not burnt).

I love the tear down and photos, please walk us through this, very useful.

Confused, but the same philosophy as a Harley clutch. Looks damn good to me, but I am not there to inspect. Good pics.

if you look at the steel plates you can see the black heat spots which is to the point its distorting the metal in the plates ,unfortunately as I look at them theres not enough material to cut the pressure plate(backing plate) to add another clutch and steel to the clutch pack assemblies as they are already not that thick
