I’m going to invent a wobble extension that doesn’t flop under weight.

All bottom bolts are relatively “easy” to get to on the bottom passenger side, including the one behind the motor mount, offset boxed combination wrench will make your life easier for breaking them free. Liquid wrench is a must for outside bolts (torqued to heck and all seized for some reason) if your car is “high mileage” (by hellcat standards). Inner bolts are a lot looser and can be done without an oil penetrant

I’d appreciate it if you didn’t junk up my build thread. I’m documenting what I’ve come across and how I solved the issues in order to better help the community. Not everyone takes the time to take pictures when they’re under the car with a wrench in the other hand. Thanks

Here is my port from a year ago almost, dont know why you'd use silicone
Yeah, I don’t see any gasket in yours. Strange. They got back to me, said gasket shouldn’t impact performance and just to trim if I want

I agree with this assertion. There will be so much air flowing through. Also the reason you see no gasket is I use an anaerobic sealer gasket material. The Hellcat gaskets will become unattainable soon for a normal price.

Yeah, they use anaerobic sealant on bearing plate to supercharger body and then a new factory style gasket from snout to bearing plate, might be cometic

These top 2 middle bolts on the passenger side are a nightmare. Have 1 1/4 of the way out. Last W bolts on passenger side, and then top front 3 on driver side

How important was it to get your alternator out? Make a big difference?

Yes, would have been impossible to get any of the bolts from the top without getting that bunch of wires out of the way. Not that I’m having good luck with them from the top right now

I’m past that, now trying to do top middle bolts on passenger side from the top. The bolts are pointed down on a 45 degree angle with little to no room for the head of a sock wrench because the heat shield for stock headers is right there. Very challenging, used a ton of different combinations and only got 1 of the 2 half way out so far

Flex head king handle socket wrench as well. You need to bend up like a hook to get the bolt

IMG_9441.jpeg This is the space you’re working with after moving that wire harness bundle. Still not enough room to fit a regular size hand down there. No way to get from top on passenger without moving it. Working on last bolt now, much easier than the 2nd bolt from the front up top
