Would the stock redeye pumps work/keep up to your setup and the way your testing?
Pumps are the same as I have in my car and I'm running a RE motor as well, so as long as you get upgraded injectors and stay at stock RE boost, I'd say yes. Remember the RE has a bigger supercharger and flows more air, so it's less about boost and more about aircharge.

Agree with that. With all the fuel and air flow (i.e. pulley swaps) improvements I'm surprised more guys with these mods aren't making that change.(price?). Imo at these levels there has to be a gain.
I had an upgraded TB on my old car and it did improve air flow with smaller pulleys.

Good corn, not even at the highest it will be yet. Around here it will read above 90% on the test tube once the full "summer blend" hits.

Anything over 80% on the tube is good for 21-22 degrees of timing....

Then this happened @FFBOS

The car picked up the change in less than 90 seconds and reads this as 92-97 % in the log.

Hard to beat the BBK 100mm for 599. I haven't seen any benefit in a 105mm on most builds and its typically $200-300 more. Not much benefit in a larger TB until you have a ported snout.
I agree the BBK is nice , I was looking at that , but I still like the Fastman 95mm TB & 99mm at WOT for $158 less is just as good & still looks factory on the outside with factory electronics.

I believe the BBK uses factory electronics too.

This is one of the reasons I wanted to do the flex setup, you can just switch back and forth as needed. I'd not leave E85 in the tank for a long time personally.

That brings up another question, any other maintenance items that change when running ethanol? I mean real documented stuff like flex fuel vehicle owner's manuals suggesting more frequent oil changes or something?
I also usually have my injectors cleaned and flowed once a year

Sorry to be clear, I own a Redeye. I've ask Curt a couple times and he's not ready to do remote FF tunes until he gets more Redeyes in person and feels comfortable doing a remote tune on them. Hellcats yes he'll remote tune those.
I have a redye as well and an working with him to refine the FF tune now.

I run the stock pumps in my stock boost redeye on straight e85- no issues

That's a little higher than I expected on the 1300s.

Fire corn. I find the test tube to read 5% higher. I’ll do a post here soon when I get a full tank. I had 12 gallons of e70 in the tank. 75 on test tube. Added 6 gallons of e75. 80 on the test tube. Brought me up to 71.7-2% which should be dead on for calculations. I’ll report more.

Excellent! Good reference and quick check chart. Helps put perspective on things, esp since I only speak AFR fluently. Taking a pick to save on phone then a copy and paste on computer. Thanks. (y)

Yeah Mike got me away from thinking in terms of AFR last year. Lambda actually makes things a lot more simple.

Just ran a data log in 50 deg F air with measured E90+ that the car reads as 97% ethanol to test the fuel system. Beaker read 95% a couple minutes after filling it while at the pump, and 90% an hour later when I got back to the shop and took a look. I figure this is about a worse case scenario. Anyone know why the reading changes over time?

Car made 17.5psi, 2.20 pratio, 1800-1900 aircharge injectors tickled 85% DC right at the 6500 RPM shift point. Fuel pump DC 78% and 81psi fuel pressure.

A little over head left on these ID1000 injectors but that's all I'd want to see personally.
