If you want to keep the remaining warranty take it to the dealer and make sure it does not have the P1400 code. The code will show it was tuned and void the warranty.
A big issue I am having is that there are no service records for the first 14600 Miles.
So as far as I can tell, there is a possibility the oil was never changed until that point.
Is this a warranty Killer if the engine develops a problem and Dodge looks up the service history?

Of course a seller would say that. I would have it run myself if I was to purchase the car. The seller might be legit and honest, but hate for you to get burned if not.
I would NOT purchase it until at least a Dodge dealer inspects it and checks it's history and confirms the warranty is still valid. You would be crazy to do otherwise.
Yeah I have decided, sadly, not to go with this one. Some of this is Waggro, but the lack of history for the first 16K miles is really troubling to me.

So I guess I was concerned because there is no maintenance history on it, neither in Carfax, dodge records or any paperwork left in vehicle. At 20293 miles would there be any telltale evidence of lack of oil changes?

I agree with you. The mileage seems a bit high and this is not a cheap car. I would only consider this type of purchase if, I knew the previous owner or had a satisfactory detailed dealership maintenance report, with warranty in effect. On my Redeye, I have every procedure completed at the dealer and I "watch" the technician. I also watch for specials on the dealer website and have been very lucky getting very reasonable priced oil/filter changes. On the purchase you discussed, "better safe, than sorry."
I posted this in the pics forum as well, but WHAT causes this dirt and debris in the top of that drivers side tower / shock pillar? Could this be from Submersion?

If you feel uncomfortable with this purchase then follow your instinct and don't buy it. You will be much happier in the end since you're going to be looking for problems as long as you own it.
