Yeah, they all respond differently. Infiniti flew some sort of super tech here to go over the car with me (on a day of my choosing !!), had the dealership bumble-fucks stepping and fetching. At one point the SM objected to something he wanted to do/order, the tech dude pulled him aside & they had words. After that he just followed the guy around and took notes
. Dude flew back when all the parts were in to oversee the fixes + they gave me an extended warranty.
Ferd was just the opposite, pissed & moaned, dragged their feet, said they were going to go to arbitration then caved 3 days before the meeting & agreed to 100% buyback.
The BBB folks were VERY helpful with both cars !!
Based on what I've seen so far, Dodge is going to be like Ferd and drag it out as long as possible hoping I just go away.
But I'm retired, so nothing to do & all day to do it + now I'm pissed as hell and ready for a fight to the death !!
