I found this hairline crack on my trunk, what is the best course of action to fixing something like this? Would bondo bumper repair with light sanding and some touchup paint do the trick? I've only had the car for a month, i'm not sure what the dealership can do for me, even it is there fault.

Clear Gorilla glue with something to hold the parts together while it sets. Prob. woun't even need touch up after.

Not sure exactly where that is on the car from the pic, but there has to be some way to rig up a ratchet clamp or strap (and towels as a buffer) to apply pressure while it dries.

Stop drill before anything, or crack will continue.
The extent of my knowledge.

Take it to dealership.
Would warranty cover this? It’s only been a month since I’ve had the car now.

Your 3/36 Warranty is a bumper to bumper warranty. It covers everything including paint problems and any other quality control issues interior or exterior. Don’t try to fix it yourself or it won’t be covered...

Dealer should remove, replace and repaint the entire rear fascia.

Either way, just make sure they remove it before repairing and/or repainting anything.

The dealership told me that the crack could be from possible damage done by myself so it may not be covered. also one side of the front bumper isn't clipped in all the way and the same guy was telling me i could've done it when I backed out of a steep driveway.

Just deny it. That would not get cracked or come unclipped without a huge scuff on your bumper. They should replace the bumper cover. You can’t fix the crack without it showing.

No way...Tell the dealer you treat it like a baby and want it fixed. If they refuse, get on here and send message to @DodgeCares and hopefully they can help.

Just in case a dealer will not make it right, like Hunter said, drill a very small hole at the end of the crack to stop it from spreading.

I'd already be headed to a different dealer then (if that's an option). Unacceptable.

You would think that the dealer is paying for the repair out of their own pocket! Dodge needs to crack down on these bullshit claim denials. You can look at a problem and tell wither it is customer damage or not. Maybe a damn gremlin took a pick axe and pecked at it till it cracked! useless B-tards. I wont ever buy one of their cars again. And it's all because of customer service. You hear that Dodge Cares? It would be nice if it did care!
