It's happening, the same guy he was referring to posted in the private demon group about the dealer doing it. I've seen a few other and one of my buddies had to call concierge on a dealer.

I sent Kuniskis an email, that I had info on which dealers was doing shady deals and ripping people off months ago. Dodge is going to claim there's nothing they can do but he personally made sure racerx and some other folk get a MSRP car.

I blame the people paying over sticker. If people wouldn't do that we'd not have the issue. People paid markups on Hellcats and Redeyes that were deeply discounted in 2021. Its nuts. Power Dollars anyone?

Agreed...buyers refuse ADMs...they go away...there was a point when I considered a WB redeye Charger as a semi DD...there were dealers..(Koons)..that were offering power dollars...AND discounts...actually a great deal...I snoozed..and lost...

Dealers are sleaze buckets, Jenkins CDJR in Homosassa FL is basically REFUSING to do warranty work on my new DDSRT because "I didn't buy it from them". I have pushed the issue all the way up the chain to some Exec Response group & have gotten zero movement. They have been painting the replacement spoiler for over a month now & won't do any of the other work needed until that is "ready".

Dodge keeps saying they are obligated to honor the warranty regardless of where the vehicle was purchased, yet doesn't seem to have any way to make them actually comply or isn't willing to take any actions that would make them.

I absolutely refuse to deal with my local dealer because they are such abject f@cking pine cones. The only reason my car got its first few oil changes at a CDJR dealer in the first place is I had a friend that was a service manager. Once he left that dealer I stopped going entirely. I now have literally no one within at least 1 to 2 hours that I would feel comfortable doing business with...and the only person that touches my Silverado & Hellcat is a mechanic at Toyota. They gave up the GM franchise and he stayed on turning wrenches.
