Coffee anyone? Reeks of e85. Has espresso consistency. About 300 miles with chiller, dozen or so track passes. Before the chiller it was always empty. Interesting. UPR is the only catch can to have

Because I like you guys and you all like science, a better look. You can see the fuel separated from the rest of it

I notice the same, just not as much collected. Cold coils are definitely condensing water out of the compressed air stream just like a refrigerated dryer does in a compressed air system. I let my intercooler water warm up to 75-80 for a few miles before shutting it down, don’t want water dripping in the cylinders and causing any corrosion issues.

Very interesting, before the chiller it was always empty. Chiller condensing the fuel back into a liquid?

It’s also a million degrees and 300% humidity here, wonder if that has anything to do with it as well

Yep, I keep my ac on (chiller is always on by default) and I flip my switch to my 3 way salve to start sending it through the factory heat exchanger so that it heats up to at least 80 degrees before I shut the car down. Maybe have to drive it for longer like that

It definitely seems like e85 but maybe it is water. Smells like pure e85, there’s a decent amount of liquid and it will not mix with the coffee

Put a match to it and see if it burns. When I poured out of my catch can it burns clear, you can’t even see it burning

Wow yep I didn’t even realize it was on fire until the plastic bottle started warping lol whoops. Wish there wasn’t so much blow by in it. That’s just in the blower/passenger side, have nothing on driver but have a oil fill vent

Its water. I open the pet cock to both of mine every week and watch the water drain out. Ill clean it out after a few times when all the gunk builds up.

Nope, it’s in the catch can like that. I get hardly any oil in mine, Mostly just a crystal clear liquid that some people think is water but it’s not, It’s almost pure alcohol. The water is what is in the foamy white gunk mixed with oil.

I Uber. Makes things more difficult since I’m a delivery driver, so I have to Uber to all my deliveries

This is with the engine you built, right? Sure stock 60k mile hellcat engines have a bit more blow by lol

Yes, my rebuild, has about 6000 miles on it now all on 85 and about 25 pounds of boost. Stock engines should be tighter. They have tighter ring gaps and tighter piston to wall clearances, They really should have minimal blow by.

I have to replace the o rings on my FI spacers. Wouldn’t be surprised if still somehow pressurizing the crank case through the oil fill provisions in the heads. Had a big problem with that with warped whipple manifold. Does anyone have the part link for the longer supercharger centering studs as well? The ones that go in the heads
