Probably they don't have 1. The grudge match racers were supposed to get 1. Ended up with redeye motors.

But I remember when GM wanted to get into the import racing scene.
They sent out a few EcoTec 4 cylinders to race teams/engine shops and told them to build them up or something to that nature.
End result was their Cobalt/Saturns 4 cylinders making over 700 (i think even over 800) hp.
This was 20 years ago.
You mean to tell me Dodge can't find an engine builder who could make a 1000hp Hurricane?

Let it fart and pop and make loud turbo noises as it does a big ass smoky burnout down the street.
It wouldn't be a Hellcat, but it sure as hell would grab everyone's attention.
