In the past I have always stood by Meguiar's products, I used to use them religiously, but in todays world I don't know... (been a little while since I have paid attention to this stuff)

Haven’t used that one, but I’ve never been disappointed in a Meguiars product.

I have used it and it does not last any longer than any other wax. Nothing wrong with it but the Ceramic Wax is the new sales pitch for many products today. My experience is they all give you a nice feel and look shiny but don’t last any longer than non ceramic waxes. I uses to detail cars back in the day and sell automotive cleaning supplies. And then you have the so called sealant ceramics which make claims they will protect your paint for 6+ months. And the prep is to strip the paint of any wax before you apply it. I have used them as well and 2-3 months at best in outdoor weather. The cleaner waxes are really good like Meguiars paste wax and Griots Garage has some competing products as well to Meguiars. In the end all this stuff in outdoor environments still requires keeping you car clean on a regular basis. But the Meguiars car wash with wax is awesome stuff if you get the right stuff. It’s blue color and I use it and its my favorite.

Meguiars Quik Wax works just as well and might even be easier to use.

And it's cheaper.

OK, so you're not wasting your money. I've been using it for about a year now. I love it. I used the liquid wax on my car and then went back around and used the detailer on the paint. I feel it works amazing. I like using the spray wax after washing the car and while its still wet.

But.....everyone has different opinions. To each his own.

BTW, it's only $16. You have nothing to lose. Try it.

I would highly recommend a silicon-based sealant called Reload made by CarPro or Opti-seal from Optimum Products.

Reload is one of the most-tested sealants on the market, proven mils of thickness added to the surface it is applied that lasts several months, or more if it's out of the elements most of the time. Proven.

I have not personally used it, it has gotten mixed reviews, so probably OK but not the 5th wonder of the world !

I still stand by my tried & true annual Klasse + P&S Bead Maker every 2nd or 3rd wash, claybar as needed before the annual wax.
The grey bottle Klasse holds up better than the red bottle, but it does take patience & some finesse to apply correctly else it streaks.

How long any of this stuff lasts depends on a ton of environmental variables and how often you wash (how and what you wash with).
