Hey gang, some performance cars come with a function of the factory harness that if you latch the belt, then pull the shoulder harness all the way out to the stop, then release, the harness will lock and hold you securely. Then, when you release the belt and re-latch, it works normally until it needs to lock.
I only recently learned about this function on some cars. My 2019 WBRE Challenger does not do this, but my student's car at Sebring last weekend (2020 HC Challenger) would do this in the passenger seat, but not the driver's seat.
Just wondering if anybody car has this function.
