Planning to go look at this car today

Currently drive a 2015 SRT 392. I am wondering since this was the first year for the hellcats if there is anything specific that I should look for outside of the norm?

Any known issues with the 2015 hellcats?

Very low mileage for a 2015 and great color. Nice find! Supercharger bearings comes to mind... noise at idle. There was a recall on fuel line rail and then tons of updates which all can be checked on. That's all I got for now but others will chime in.

Take a listeni to SC bearings. Not much else really stands out to look for as far as any chronic issues unless it’s been modded.

I looked at the carfax and I think it said rear differential replaced and PCM reprogrammed at 9k miles.

Anything to worry with the differential being replaced at 9k miles?

Na.. wouldn't concern me.

MY15 Hellcats had marginal driveshafts, but it is only a concern if you are using DRs on a prepped surface.

Used car inventory is so low these days the used car prices went up quite a bit.

Yeah looked at it and it's nice but they are def taking advantage of used car market and prices being up.

They are not willing to negotiate at this time so I walked away and will continue my search.

My 2015 SRT 392 has 12k miles more then that hellcat but is in just as good as shape. Very good to excellent.

They valued the hellcat to be worth 18k more then mine and I wasn't willing to accept that.

I think that was a smart move. GIve it 6 months and I suspect prices will be back to more normal levels...

Good call bailing. In June of '18 I bought my '15 M6 Challenger HC with only 650 miles on if for an even 50k. The dealer I bought it from even flew me and my wife out to Indy to check it out. Couldn't be happier as I felt then, as I do now, that I got a good deal. I had been looking for a while. I wound up knowing the original owner as well, another NY guy, so I know the car was taken care of. I think you can do better, just keep looking, but you should be prepared to travel a bit as well.

Yep, left them my info told them what it would take for me to come back and look at it again and said call me if you can't get to my numbers.

I didn't think it was anything outrageous. I wanted the difference between what they value my car and what they value their car to be close to 12k.

New price on mine was 50k and the new price on theirs according to window sticker was 66k.

That was a good deal. I got my 15 summer of 18 too 45k out the door, but w/33k miles. Did replace the sc, ds, and change diff oil (all under warranty)
