Polished chrome into polished aloo um aium. Polishing on it's way. I had choppers all chrome and had this detailer working for one of my companies thay I kept Busy. No moe. Powder coat paint works great.

It’s from Vibrant. I don’t think Bwoody makes one that big. The tubing is 5”.

It's coming together nicely Marc, that did look heavier than it is, the sheet metal that's replacing it can't weigh too much ? .... maybe 3 > 5 lbs.

Are you going to weld up the sunroof hole or put in a factory sheet metal replacement roof panel?

Are you going to take out all the ABS module and associated lines?

Which fittings are for water entry and which for exit in the IC housing?

Sorry, I’m really into small details... 🤔

The sunroof hole is being covered with at aluminum piece that is riveted in place. The brakes are manual booster now so no abs. The two outside lines are in from the icebox and the center line is out. Some more pics….
