New guy from NYC

Hello everyone,
I’ve been a member over at Charger Forums for a while now with the same handle, but they don’t really have a lot of posts/information about Hellcats or the 6.2 in general, so I ended up wandering over here a few days ago and finally decided to make an account.
I ordered and received a ‘21 Scat Pack early last year in white knuckle that I really love - it was my first MOPAR product and really served as a hell of an introduction to the company. The 6.4 has so much character and I love daily driving it.
However, after the big guy’s announcement that the cats would be discontinued soon, I couldn’t help myself when I saw the promotions for the new Jailbreak package. I called my original selling dealer and ordered one last week after they told me they had allocation for just one of them, and supposedly I’m the one.
I’ve spoken to SRT and they haven’t been able to confirm allocation yet, so all I can do is wait for D status and a VIN (currently in BX status). Brampton re-opens tomorrow, so my fingers are crossed.

Welcome and good luck on your purchase. Many dealers are adding markups to the jailbreak models so if you’re getting it a t MSRP that’s great.

Absolutely, gentlemen. Glad to be here. Pics will be forthcoming, but I think April will be the earliest, given what I’ve been reading about Hellcat build times as of late. 3 months has become miraculous; 4 months seems around average; and 5 months is “no big deal, shut up and keep waiting.”
