So quick recap. IHRA states the following under their 2022 rule book. Section: "Street Legal, 9.00 and slower 1/4 mile, 6.00 and slower 1/8 mile, Up to 145 mph." states the following:
Well since I trap 145+ I moved onto the other section: "SUMMIT “SPORTSMAN” SAFETY AND GENERAL GUIDELINES" and went right to the roll cage section:
How I interpret this is that because I have gone 6.2 to get my 9.6/145 slips I am now required to have a cage. Document source here:
