FWIW - my F150 triggers the backup sensors when the tailgate is down and also the backup camera makes it painfully obvious that it’s down. Has saved me a couple times.
If you ever have to drill another dowel pin hole, I suggest using a screw machine length drill with a 135* tip angle. Preferably in Colbalt.
Don't laugh, but any hand lotion makes a get lube for the drill bit.
Carry on.

I am literally waiting for a new Splitter that I want to install before I put the bumper cover on. Just finished installing a new Mopar Low Tempature Cooler (for the Supercharger cooling) and the bumper support. And, I need rear tires. Then one short street pull and email that log and then head to Famoso to fine tune it.

I personally am good on tires. The last set of Hoosier 29.5/10.5R17 DBR,s were back ordered for me by McCormack and they actually came in a couple weeks early.
For this car we are running the Mickey Thompson ET STREET R 315/55R17. The owner just bought a pair from Drag Racing Wheels yesterday for a GRAND. Should have them within a week or two. Summit kept telling him mid NOV. So he dropped to coin to make me happy. I need to plan a track tuning session and I won't do it until the car is complete.
Still NO Splitter. It was in stock somewhere far away, maybe Detroit, and was shipped something like Aug 26 but it is still not getting here. So lame..........
Yes, there is nothing super hard in doing it. I work a little slower than that tho.............There's a few little tricks that are helpful if you know.........But not bad.
Yes. I took the Kirkey Logo off and then had a Demon Logo embroydered on it to match the stock seat. I want the stock look in my interior. That is why I installed a stock seat belt guide as well as it makes it easier. My Friend Rob thought of that.
