Thx. So the ounce or so in the” leftovers” from someone else’s gas up is enough to test? I’m just imagining buying 20 cents of gas to test every time 😂

I tried to buy .50 at one place and he said I had to buy .74 or something. I always pay cash for gas to I guess if using a card at the pump you may be able to. Once it is good it should be all summer. Its going back and forth with the winter blend there is an issue. I also buy from the same place and once I start doing that I will put a little in my container during my fill up so I can check it. If going to a new station then you may want to check it 1st before filling up

We had the summer blend in March last year and I found some summer blend 3 weeks ago here. I'm surprised they wait that long in your area

Me too, but has held true for the past two years. I checked it about 2 weeks ago and still E70.

If you are in Maryland. Fort Mead has E85 365/24/7. The pump is not a Flex fuel station. It's kinda funny on the day before a big race you see everyone at the pumps. some people even write on tape on the pump what it last tested at that's how well known it is.

Ours right now is about 80% Last year was about 83%. Think there could be some 75% mixed in still. They were late to changing it over this year

my thought to but did he shake it then take a pic? I spin mine around a couple of times and it isn't to bad. I know if it sits for a bit it looks clearer

This is what mine looks like here. Even when I shake it it's not very cloudy....you can see the gas or whatever and the alcohol in dispersion, but it's still clear.

Surprised it’s so bad. We have a station here I’ve always had good luck with 15 minutes away. It ended just a smidge shy of 85 so prolly 83. But in the water bottle it was as clear as water

Some of my friends turned their noses up to E70 but my testing shows it works just fine. My street tune has 17 or 18 deg at 20psi and not a hint of stkr. It's over 100 octane. Dodge making 1025 on E65.

I'm not sure if cloudy matters or not but clear makes me feel better.

sometimes in the summer I’ll just have a water bottle on me and if it’s clear I call it good 🤣

I've tested the local place a ton in both summer and winter. Starting end of May it's always been at least E85. End of October it'll drop to E80, the E75, and finally E70 by December. Never seen it go below that. I only check it in spring and fall now just to know when the switch occurs.
