TCE 15 inch conversion brake line routing

Does anyone that has done the 15-inch brake conversion have any photos of how you routed the brake line? The first way I had it cut through the CV boot on my new axles, the second way I have it looks like it's up higher but the allen head bolts have now cut through the brake line.

I'm thinking about going up and over the swap bar instead of under but not sure if that will cause wheel clearance issues.

Thanks @Linda's Hell Cat and thanks @Marc W when I was looking at it on the Alignment rack today I was thinking zip tying them might be the way to go.
