@fumanchu182 Do you have or have reference to a 3rd party write up on this thing? I have a 2020 Gen 5 1500, which only came with the shitty 5" screen. I got such a good deal on my trim, that I couldn't justify going to the upgraded equipment package. Now that I own it, I was considering upgrading...Just wondering the longevity and quirkiness that might surround a non OEM setup.

There are plenty of youtube videos on gen 4 installs for this.

When scanning with witech, it will detect a non oem ICS (integrated center stack) and turn red. For the 2020 I’d just swap to the oem 13”, looks amazing

At least from infotainment's site, that's shit's like $4K. Not worth it for me.

which unit are you referring to? the phoenix automotive is wireless and wired carplay out the box...

I didn't see anything about CarPlay on the Phoenix website but the Phoenix website sucks.

Well, there you go pointing out the obvious. Missed that somehow. Not in the market because I upgraded my 5" to 8.4" two years ago and mine is a 2014 anyway but if I had a newer model and hadn't upgraded I'd definitely be interested.
