Rennline makes long shaft hooks that will bolt into the bumper bar mounting bolt hole. IIRC, it's an M16 thread.

You'll need to make a hole in the fascia, then install the hook & shaft.

Imo unless you’re Mark Worman and like to bore people with a list of options every time you mention what you car is, you have a SP. When people ask me I just say I have a Hellcat. Sounds douchy to me to rattle off all the packages unless they're specifically asking already.
