Sounding like the black graphics are vinyl decal and NOT paint. Expensive decals if true. People that have taken delivery aren't happy. Price aside vinyl is probably easier to care for?

Yep he lives by me. Hung out with him a few times. The demon was bought over by detriot. He had them put the winter tires on for the drive home. May have been January and was snowing. His truck business is 10 minutes from where I work

Not sure if someone thinks the small step / taped off lip is vinyl ?

There have been some pictures posted online that show vinyl installed on the hood. There will be some upset customers when they find out this detail, and rightfully so, they charge an insane price for vinyl that won't hold up as good over time as paint.

I find the satin black paint easier to care for than vinyl. And vinyl will dry out if a car is always parked outside in the sun, I doubt many Demon 170's will live outside, but the fact that vinyl won't hold up over time is still a downside to it.
