Not really. The single seat car isn’t just missing the passenger seats. Airbags, harnesses and restraint hardware, etc. The point is weight for the serious ET seeker. The full interior cars can never be made as light as the one seaters by simply removing the seats. There is a group of people who are going to use these cars to chase numbers/records. A lot better use of them rather than a bubble wrapped collector bauble.

Based on the parts in the car with good da I believe someone will be close to what Dodge did. Seemed the average Demon was almost 1/2 second off. I think 2-3 tenths off will be more common with the 170

I saw 2 guys with Demons at Byron struggle to run 10s.

Still takes some skill to hit the number

So direct connection has been updated with all of the crate engines and the 3.0 supercharger. I was disappointed to hear the rollbar and parachute are reserved for demon 170 owners only to order. So, what’s going on with the new diff? Is that going to be reserved for 170s only also?

Steven Ripa's170 was his scales. I like the idea of a factory light weight. Would be a great car to have for just racing if you could and have a fully loaded Hellcat for a daily

The Demon is old news.

Might as well be a Hellcat with a crate at this point.

If I can find a decent one under 105 maybe even 100, i might pounce. Be a fun car to modify and beat on.
