I'm trying super hard not to start acquiring parts for a fully studded 426/big bear/3.0 or 3.8 combo - along those lines though...AJ is pushing these revpar reaper motors. 1250hp (underrated) for 27,500 drop in ready to roll with whipple 3.0 and tuning included. I know I'd be spending at least that. Never did disclose the full specs or the upper power limit on the internals. I'd.be looking at 1250whp as a "goal" but not a must hit target.

What’s this rev reaper motor. Ok found it. 4000 for a whipple is not bad.

He can call it whatever he wants. I'm strictly interested in what parts went in, the power handling/ceiling and the expected longevity.

It's supposedly 1250 on pump gas. I'd be looking to run E85 and pulley down with whatever motor goes in. So...

What’s this rev reaper motor.
FB_IMG_1703854091696.jpg

While everyone is counting down to Christmas, we’re counting the reasons to love HEMI power! If you’re ready to experience the power and performance of a lifetime, look no further than the RevPar Supercharged 1,250 Horsepower Reaper Crate Engine. Here are 12 reasons we think you’ll love the RevPar Reaper:

1. Horsepower! The RevPar Reaper boasts an incredible 1,250 horsepower, ensuring that you’ll leave your competition in the dust.
2. Torque: With a torque rating of 950 ft-lbs, this engine delivers unmatched acceleration and power.
3. Bore: The Reaper features a 104.14 mm/4.10 in bore, allowing for optimal airflow and combustion.
4. Stroke: With a stroke of 102.87 mm/4.05 in, this engine provides a perfect balance between power and efficiency.
5. Block: The BGE Cast Iron, Thick Wall, High-Nickel block ensures durability and longevity even under the most demanding conditions.
6. Crank: Our Callies Compstar crankshaft is precision-engineered to handle the immense power output of our Reaper.
7. Connecting Rods: Callies Steel H-Beam connecting rods provide the strength and reliability needed for high-performance applications.
8. Pistons: Gibtec Billet Aluminum pistons are lightweight yet robust, contributing to the engine’s overall performance.
9. Camshaft: The Reaper comes equipped with a custom ground hydraulic roller camshaft, delivering smooth and consistent power throughout the RPM range.
10. Compression Ratio: The engine features a compression ratio of 9.8:1, striking the perfect balance between power and fuel efficiency.
11. Fuel: The RevPar Reaper only requires 93 octane fuel for optimal performance. Easy peasy.
12. Tuning: Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your engine for maximum horsepower or optimize it for fuel efficiency, the RevPar Reaper engine provides a solid foundation for any setup.

AND because you’ve been really good boys and girls this year, we’re tossing in an extra reason: We’re offering a 1-year warranty (complete engines only) and remote tuning on these complete engines to ensure that your Reaper engine and transmission are tuned exactly to your application.

We’ve got complete engines ready to move at $27,500. If you’re looking for long blocks, we’ve got you covered too at $23,500.

So it makes 250 more hp than a pulleyed e85 stock sealed engine stock 2.4

Are aluminum rods the preferred choice at ~1200hp?

I can say that the crank and rod package is certainly not what I would call “max”. Saved some money there. Apparently they feel that’s good enough at that level. It doesn’t say what the heads are. Ported HC’s? That 1250 is obviously at the crank. Even still… on pump. 😬. It does say high nickel block so they are acknowledging that all BGE’s are not created equal. The full crate is the better deal because the Whipple and the rest of that package is added for less than you could buy it for separately. Looks like that package also includes the tune and as long as you don’t do anything there, has a warranty. I can see that working for some.

I wouldn't trust running it on 93. Just my opinion.
