I'd prefer to keep the 6 piston calipers.

You can install rotors and knuckles from a '19 RE and the 18's will fit.
Calipers and pads are interchangeable.
Been there done that. :)

I really should have added that I'm trying to use the stock demon 18" rims so my rims match .

Everyone said that won't work with the 6 piston calipers.

Is my choice in using the demon oem rim why they won't work?

You left out stock demon wheels. There are other 18s that clear the brakes but not those

They’re 18” wheels, why won’t they work? Add a spacer. Don’t understand why you’d spend so much for 18” demon fronts, cheaper options available that look good or better

Wanted the front rims to match the rear rims... and I like the way the rims looked

Yep, I did leave that out, the most important part

Conveniently I've done that too. I had a '21 REWB that I converted over to the '21 SS front brakes. For that not a lot more is needed than the 6 piston swap I explained earlier.

You still have to replace the knuckles, obviously you'd replace the rotors with the SS/Scat Pac rotors and then you replace the 6 piston calipers and pads with the various 4 piston options(ie. Demon or Scat Pac or SS).

It's not a bad swap, can easily be done in an afternoon. You can then run any wheel you want and not be limited by the caliper location.

Yeah, but I like the big brakes. Not sure how much they'd suffer if I switched to the 4 piston calipers.
