But on a product like this, which I use in 3 vehicles, and is a commodity for me, and has wild price swings like it does, why not save a couple hundred $/yr?
Just think how many donuts a guy could buy with that much money.

Last week my son and 2 grandkids came home for the weekend...every year they look forward to the Erie County Fair...(second largest only to the NYS fair)...there was a food vendor there featuring fresh scratch made glazed donut rings....(they weren't scratch made..they used a yeast raised mix..something the average person wouldn't know)....the line was a mile long...the cost...$5.00 a donut...$60.00 A FREAKIN DOZEN !!!!!!!.....when my family first got into the retail donut business (1966) we sold them for .65 cents a dozen...WTF...the average yield from a 50lb bag of donut mix is 50/55 dozen....do the math...needless to say..the grandkids didn't get any donuts
I use Valvoline in the new motor. They run BOGO 50% off deals semi frequently, have one going right now. I stocked up and bought enough to last me a couple of years during the last sale and saved a bundle.
