I just feel like you end up with a new problem every time you have the car at that place

Also that could have been an issue for a while - stock pump likes a restriction but that’s a long way to pull fluid if your “primary” external pump isn’t running. Could have wiped stock pump due to no flow from external one. Has it ever moved fluid? Ever hear the pump in trunk running?

Yes it ran and you could actually hear the motor. The stock one burnt out because at that time Diablo was my software. I told Barth about the new pump. But he did not turn it off in the tune. So it is sitting on the front fender. But it is no good. I heard it burning up. This mechanic did not do the pump. Excellent bracket and placement of motor.

Yes it was definitely running strong. But I have not been to the track in 8 months. So it could have been out a few days to 8 months ago. I'm leaning on 8 months.

Yeah I’d just do the add a fuse and see if that fixes it

On wot testing for tuner in 95 degree heat at 4000!feet up my oats got to 210. On e85. I have a trunk box. I will check to see if the fluid is moving. If not js there a specific fuse to check? I know I'm over pullied on the 2.4.
How long does it take your IATs to reach that temp?

Just took her for a 20 minute drive. About 148 for the iat coolant and mid 160s for the iat temperatures. So as long as I stay off of it I'm good. Thinking of driving to Phoenix and doing the black market racing one that stays on the front of the car. But that can get expensive if it used the stock pump as mine is burnt up.

160 iat for cruising is insane. 120 traffic is pushing it.

Why do you have to drive to phoenix for the BMR tank? @fumanchu182 might have one for sale still, but like I said that uses the stock pump and isn’t your problem. Replace the add a fuse. Please.

I had the BMR for 1 summer.

I reinstalled the stock hard lines and went with a chiller and bumper tank Instead.

Next to that...your setup is pretty stout. You just need someone to sort the wiring. That pump is beast.

Long gone, however one of the best setups I had when wrapped in heat insulation. Something about the cool fluid being right next to the blower vs being in the bumper tank. Absolute worst location, trunk. Has to travel all the way to the front. By then its warm.

Can someone tell me by the picture what brand and model number that pump is? It has an internal short and I need to order a new one.

Yes Davies Craig, pointed that out earlier. It’s a pretty standard pump to use with an ice tank. Just has a custom mount which you can reuse.
