What was your "drivers ed" car?

For those that took the class in high school. I passed a HS in Tampa and they had current gen Durangos. Strip'd down base models sure, but still.

Fall of 85', my HS drivers ed car was a late model Ford Fairmont. 82 or 83 I'm guessing.

Car I learned to drive in (school had no drivers ed car) 1986 Ford Escort (75 hp). Man I've come along way.

Yeah the real learning was in my parents cars with my permit. 84 S-10 Blazer and 85 Renault Alliance. Both manuals.

Took my drivers test in my friends 84 Chevette. 😂

Some four door POS.... lol, the instructors had balls and would take everyone out to this dam and force each driver (4 cars, 4 people in each car) to come at each other head on on the dam. One girl dam (no pun intended) near went over the side (it was really narrow).

Some sort of domestic four door sedan.
But the bulk of the training was assigned to my older brother ( two years older than I am) and I distinctly remember getting smacked in the head a lot!

We had two other celebrities at North Farmington HS while I was there. Pam Dawber (Mindy, of Mork and Mindy) and Henry Schorr, son of Michigan car stereo mogul Mickey Schorr. Henry highjacked an airliner to Cuba.
