I like how she flipped the logo on the driver side so the cats face each other

It was instructed to do such, what’s really neat is the interior lights shine right on them at night, that wasnt planned but liked

You can peel the headrests yourself or send the whole thing and she'll do it for you. If you have something special, she can do custom work and send you a proof before pulling the trigger. Otherwise, she has a large stock library of previous projects to use...Hellcat, Scat Pack, Demon etc.

How do you remove the headrests?

Edit: I need to look at them but YouTube says just push the little releases at the bottom and lift.

Yep, that little button on back will release them so you can pull them out. Can't remember if there's one or two (one at each post) now.
