Not yet, knock on wood, but I'm not gonna lie - I've been full blown anal retentive OCD about treating our seats with the Meguiar's Gold Class three in one leather stuff. I mean, I treat em like once a week when I can think of it. We're blessed to have her as a weekend car, so it's easy to do it in the garage near anytime I walk by. We're closing in on a year of having her, and so far the seats have not changed. I'm easy on them, but my wife kinda slides in once she climbs up (she's short), so she would cause more wear than I would.

The replacement bottom cover is excellent, feels almost better than the original and helps the car continue to retain the leather smell. The first piece had something wrong with that segment of the seat.
