Brampton Assembly shutting down for 3 weeks

The plant that builds our cars is shutting down for the rest of this month (Jan 2021) due to parts shortages. I believe it may be semiconductor related due to a global shortage also impacting other automakers as well.

I hope no one is waiting on an unbuilt new order. That might extend the wait another month out.

They had shut down in 19 for a month after I ordered my car. Might be an annual thing??

They do it this time every year. Time fer a change over for different parts. I had to walk thru a 3 week period to wear they changed from one modle to another// girls hold all the ssy. Control factor.

Maybe it is a change time for us waiting on our widebody M6?
