Called HHP. Said they’re only ever to get 1/4” and some are real tight. When it is, they bash the ribs flat. Not possible for me with the engine and cradle in the car, and the engine can’t be shifted over.
Ribs on the chassis?

Would it have been easier to drop the cradle with the engine and put the headers on then put the cradle back in vs all you went through?

Yeah, problem is you need a lift for that
Would it have been easier to drop the cradle with the engine and put the headers on then put the cradle back in vs all you went through?

Sounds like you like workin on it...more than drivin it
