Dealership’s Paint Protection Without my Permission

Sounds like if you clay bar it that it will come right off. Then you can put whatever sealer that you want.

The dealership won’t tell me exactly what they used but it’s already coming off from about 5 car washes. Lol..

I found a really nice automatic touchless car wash and it blow dries it too.

I’ll just take my car it to a professional detailer.

This will start another argument but touchless car wash soap is very hard on your paint.

I have some health issues. Otherwise I’d wash it myself every time. But, I can wash it sometimes with a foam gun.

‘And the owner owns a Black C7Z.

Just one more question: which car insurance should I buy? For full replacement value? Yea, I know I’m OCD about my new Hellcat. Lol..

Because my car will most likely spend the night in their shop. But I’m sure they have a good security system. They detail a lot of expensive cars too.

No recommendations on insurance. It changes from state to state and yearly.

I had to reschedule and brought my car in 2 days ago. They said I can stop by and check out the progress.
‘First the owner said it might take 5 days and the other day he said it might take a week or so.
‘They have a brand new C8 Vette in their shop. Still with the temp paper plate. Getting a complete PPF I think.
Man I really like those new Vettes. Hmmmm
Maybe it will be my next car. With 495 hp. I’m surprised how fast and quick those are. I know because they’re so light.

Edit: I traded in my mint ‘18 Camaro 2SS. I should’ve kept that car and still bought the Hellcat. The 6th gen. Camaros are fast. They don’t get enough respect. At least the dealership gave me a lot for it. Trade in value.
