Looks like it would keep the suspension in strict alignment. It is attached to all the connecting rod ends.

Cradle bolts and hardware all look the same as I remember on the Hellcat. Definitely isn't locked out or anything. Maybe that odd brace is their version of a "lockout" ?

Basically.

Curt has removed his to go with a 15" rear conversion. If anyone plans to also do this...be aware it's probably a requirement depending on the combo you run.

If any 170 owners remove these and wanna get rid of em. I'll take em.

I wish they'd put that rear end package in the damn catalog already!

Their only obvious purpose would be to strengthen the cast spindle. So now I have to wonder how many rear spindles they broke(I'd guess from the tire shake these cars have already shown to be prone to) to go through the trouble of making these braces...

You sure you didn't tear the engine down just to have a peek? Last 4 digits of the part number match your car build number. I think we are looking at your main caps here.
