Same here just North of Tampa. Huge new apartment bldgs, condos, shopping malls, hospitals, all going up in clusters countywide. But of course, no improvement to traffic capacity. Adding stoplights is their answer. Takes 1/2 hour to go 10 miles. Such BS. County would like to slow the apartment growth, but hands are tied by state govt, not allowing counties a choice in the matter. Absolutly F*cktastic, it is.

We're slowly catching up over here. Not enough hospitals and roads are getting clogged more and more.

The seller sets the reserve. BAT still gets paid a fee but not as much as a sale.

Sellers would stop posting there if they couldn't set their own reserve.

Yep, I am working on getting my hellcat back to the track, beat the shit out of my hellcat or Demon170? I will race the 170 sparingly as I am hard on parts.

As for removing reserves, that would just be for the 170. They have been running 2-3 at a time for a few months now. Most getting the RNM.

A black one sold for 158k that was direct from a dealership in Indiana. I thought that was a pretty solid deal for both parties. 25-30k on top for the dealer and a 170 that was well south of the 100k markups being asked a year ago.

That's the best ADM I've heard of so far. My opinion? If you really want the car, go for it. If you wait for MSRP it may be too late. Good luck!
