Friend is starting a new class for STREET CARS

I will take my heavy car to this event and have fun.

Here's what I see.

A definition of what exactly is a street car does not exist yet for this class.

Until that is done, it's just speculation.

Funny because when I was looking to buy drag radials for the Charger, I felt that 275s were sufficient enough for it being stock.

The world disagreed with me and said I should run 305s, which I did.

Yea. I was getting back in after a million years being out so I wasn't confident enough then to rely on my own decision. 🙄🙄

Most do run street tires between tracks. The unlimited cars run 37 mudders for better fuel mileage.

Guys if you're looking for a real street class that doesn't do everything to exclude a hellcat go look at the Street car bragging rights event. I'm registered for the OD class and daily driver class. They also have heavyweight and wild street. seems like everyone loves to call it a street class but what they really mean is late model small tire class

Sadly MSHS has decided that they didn't want the HW class anymore so we all got the boot. The only real street or HW races we will get now is SCBR and SCT.

I didn't realize they had a circle track at SGMP.
