The 3.0 TT's seems to work for BMW really well. Wonder what the HP cabability will be. S58's can handle a 1000 hp stock.

Glad I got my 2024...maybe by "27"...(when I'll be ready)...they get things worked out..or I may just have to move on...:unsure:;)

GM is putting 2.7 liter 4 cylinder turbos in their trucks, now. At least the Ford 2.7 has 6 cylinders.

I looked at a Raptor yesterday

I m not big on a 6 banger for a truck like that

My son traded for a '25 Rebel with the TT I6.
Very nice truck, rides good, looks good.
The I6 isn't great though. First off, it sounds
terrible on cold start. It hunts up and down for
several seconds before settling into a very
underwhelming exhaust tone. Secondly it doesn't
even come close to the advertised fuel mileage.
My diesel 2500 and his I6 1500 live near identical
lives, driven similarly, etc. I get low 16mpg and his
is only about 1/2 mpg better. Worth noting, that's
only 3 mpg more than the TRX it replaced.
Not impressive.
I think he's pretty much done with Dodge. The truck
has maybe 2k miles on it and he's already looking
at a Chevy to replace it.

If the aftermarket can tune that, I think a tuned RHO will go door to door with a TRX down the street.

TRX still has the hellcat and the hp90 trans but it also cost over 100k to be into a new for 23 and 24 model year vs 70k for base price RHO.
Yeah Im just not liking the TRX pricing.. After all this would be a work truck :whistle:

I'll pass the word on to him. From where I'm sitting it looks like we're going through another one of those times where none of the new offerings are great. SSDD.. same shit different decade.
