It did not, even my 3amp battery tender keeps it at 13.3v. An alternator pumps out way more power than these devices.

The peak voltage is dependent on the electronics involved, more so than if it's a battery maintainer, solar, or alternator, supplying the power.

@BULL @Jimmy N. @Unholy707 I apologize, had a wiring issue. Didn't pull enough sheath off when installing in terminals.
