The 108 died?

That's no fun.

I'm hoping I have better luck.
Yea I confirmed with Nick Williams who makes them, they all run on stock motors, which is fine for the smaller blowers. How long they last behind this one is a different story.

Doesn't sound like very long. The NW102 on the V even had issues but they supposedly solved those.

I was hoping the hellcat wouldn't fall prey to the same.

Curt pointed me towards the Kong and I'll be on stock blower so...*fingers crossed*

It will be fine there. The Maggie has enough suck to pull them shut under WOT. Mine did ok to 7200 until it didn’t lol.

The TB issues are becoming a joke for everyone. Going through the same process. I’m on my 3rd TB now. Let’s hope the Kong 108mm holds up.

Time will tell. The 108 is built with stock guts.

Got a little side project done today. Installed the Mighty Mouse catch can "wild" system. Did a test idle / parking lot drive of the 112mm, it drives, but needs a tweak for sure. Going to get a revision from Jeremy and then work towards WOT hits once the weather warms up a bit.

Finally getting there with the 112. Been a bear to get exactly right. Got WOT dialed in, just have to smooth out a couple low rpm drive ability issues. Almost drives like stock.

Saw a 1psi gain and it makes peak boost much quicker than my 105/108.

Also, changing up the look a bit. Not sure if it will add HP....

Is the change up a widebody kit?
The car looks amazing. Happy to see you’re making more boost sooner, that’s more valuable than the additional psi up top.

Definitely gonna want deets on this...especially since I curbed mine and it needs the fascia tended to anyways.

Looks GREAT!

I went with the 108 for the Jokerz blower. I drop the car off in a week exactly. Can't wait to see what it does...but I hope the 108 holds up longer term.

I don't think I'll regret not going 112 until I do a much larger blower...which isn't in the cards.

Dat widebody thang tho...

Looks phenomenal. Your right in the thick of it now.

I read the post on the loss of power after the port job.

Was wondering what the issues there are. The text from Tim seems like it could be it. What about a port job on the heads. And what are you running for exhaust? Maybe you need to open that engine up some more? Could help with the cam setup you have?

Heads are the only restriction on the car. I also believe some of these other testers spin close to 7500rpm. Crazy.

I have catless after headers. All 3” to the back. AWE catback.

Nick Williams makes all the 108’s for these cars I found out. Should be ok.

I ran into a bit of a snafu with the top rear panels. My 315 is hitting the bracket on bigger bumps and dips. Popped the panel off. Need to clear it a bit.

Another potential issue. Killer Chiller stopped chilling the SC coolant. Still blows ice cold cabin ac, so it looks like a potential thermal expansion valve....

Look is almost complete:

Also moving on from the killer chiller and doing a stage 2 FI system. Have to figure out how to make it “jive” with my current bumper tank.

I'm normally not a fan of the WB setup, but it looks great on your car.
