And 8s with weight removed…
Not sure if removing the seats in those disables air bag. Also not sure if a self driving car needs a competition license. Haha.
So can Demon owners now stop calling their cars "Banned?"
Seems like this is long overdue, however no cage at 150mph. Yikes.
NHRA needs to stay relevant somehow with all the tracks closing. While not official, lots of rumors that Route 66 is done in Chicagoland. Maybe 20 year old venue (i forget when it opened)

I assumed only the passenger airbag was disabled ,but thinking about it the drivers heated seat won’t work with the passenger seat removed so maybe when the pass seat is unplugged multiple circuits are broken including all airbags.Thats not good 🤔

I wouldn’t doubt that’s the case but…. Why the hell would they do that?? So…. if there’s suddenly a problem with the front passenger seat… you have to drive to the dealer with no working airbags in the car. Stupid. If the airbag light comes on… you should immediately pull over and have the car towed to the dealer! I wonder if it says that anywhere in the book. Apparently this system is like the old Christmas lights where when one went out…. they all went out. Didn’t they figure out how to fix that? 🤨
I still remember and I am prolly what you still consider a kid I'm not sure how kids these days learn the difference between parallel and series.
I will say I don't think jus taking the one seat out will disable all air bags. My dad had mini van for his work van when I was younger. At one point in the front seat I wasn't heavy enough for the passenger airbag to be enabled. There was a light on the dash to say if the passenger air bag was enabled or not. This was before they extended the car seat rules. At one point you didn't have to be a middle schooler to get out of a car seat........
Half of the strand was out this year, right in the middle of the tree. Of course I didn’t test them.
so I just took another strand and wrapped it around the middle… good as new. Moving bulbs around didn’t help.

In no case are any of the restraint/airbag system circuts wired in series.
The Drivers seat heat and cooling no longer work when removing the Pass seat, is due to the MODULE for those features being located underneath the Pass seat. So it goes byby when you remove the Pass seat. I actually make a work around for that issue (See pic).
