I have tied many a beautiful bikes used for racing through shows, right down to the floor and hardly no bouncing permitted for the trip. We have torqued them right down to almost no space remaining in the shock travels. Things ride much better solidly connected. To leave some suspension bounce always allows hopping around and scratching and ultimately a failure IMO. Compared to the suspension on one of those little things, my custom and my Harleys are much more expensive and sensitive. I see nearly infinite opportunities for a cheap and secure tie downs on any ATV. I would grab four of those loops, four straps and have one of those solid in about 10 minutes for ya.
