Same here in NY. the land of the middle class screwing! The dealership I bought my car from flew me and my wife out to the shop in Indy, paid all my expenses, and gave me a great deal!!! Same car here in NY was 10k more. Of course I faced a lengthy dick around by the NYS DMV trying to register the car, but I've come to expect that as well.

I would have thought NY peeps would be going to Koons, they always seem to be aggressively priced.

At least the DMV here is pretty easy (way better than Mich was), I went on a Wed. afternoon and was in & out in an hour. Even paying $750 for shipping I figure I saved $8k over buying it local (not that there were any to be found around here).

Maybe auto makers will start bringing their pricing back down where it should be. I like searching price of thing then and now with the inflation calculator. Everyone brings up .30 gas back in the 60s but it would be about $3.50 now where it is sometimes. Car pricing on the other hand is no where near where it should be. Top of the line 70 hemi in today's money would be under 40k not 100k like it is

Oh I remember the days, Hi-test gas at 25 cents a gallon for Clark 100. My Mustang loved the 100 octane fuel. What we need is a good old fashion gas war...

This is a very sad time. Car prices are stupid. Gvt regs are making them worse and more expensive every year. We are being taxed to subsidize EV’s for the wealthy liberal virtue signalers. The same EV’s are burning up all over the place, they become worthless after 8-10 years when the battery burns out, and now they deny warranty replacement when rained on!

On the other hand, last week a local did 9.185 @149.95 in a Plaid.

I’m keeping my HC and enjoying it, very happy I got in before the shetshow.

There are some out there but to advertise the car 10k over MSRP with a picture frame that states never any markup. And then have the MSRP listed right under it?

It is a 1320 Charger which is the rarest of all Dodge last call cars.

He buys what he likes. I'm not going to argue with him.
