Have you looked for/found any chips in the front facia as a result of towing?
I think all the bug juice from the runs protected the paint! :ROFLMAO:

I have monster hitch mounted mud flaps on the truck. I was warned! :)

I don't understand. Sometimes you remind me of our lost friend, Hickster! :)

LOL! When you said "Any pics of the car on the rug yet? " I was thinking that you were asking if my barn had carpeting!

The one funny thing is that when I have 10.5% on the tongue, I can't fold up the legs. I have to drive on and go an extra foot or 2 forward to unweight the back of the trailer to fold them up, then back up to the 10.5% point. Then reverse when unloading. Not a big deal.

I was worried about how it would do, but after the 700mi run, I couldn't he happier! I just wish the car worked as well as the trailer.

Do you even need to use them? If the trailer is hooked up to something, that is.

My little trailer has mounts for a jack on each side and they've been used once. That's because I overestimated the approach angle of a 'Cat and brought ramps that were too short. So, had to unhook the trailer and lift the front of it up by quite a bit, but that was the one time they were needed. Well, so far.

It doesn't with ramps that are too short.

Funny that you ask. I had my wife standing on the front of the trailer to check I am straight as I drove on. I had the legs up, and as I drove on, BAM! The hitch popped off the ball and the back end or the trailer touched the ground! Scared the crap out of both of us! Especially the wife as it launched her off the deck a couple inches! :ROFLMAO:

She says it was 10 feet! I know she is exaggerating because if it was that, she would have landed behind the car! :ROFLMAO:
