Definitely following along. This will be my winter long debate since my 2.4 is noisier than normal... between rebuild, Whipple or Hellion...

...on stock 18+ longblock. Meh. YOLO.

Here’s the modified TB inlet adapter openned up for 108 mm TB as it said it would take, They didn’t say you needed your own lathe to make it happen though LOL

Here’s what the small notch in the fuel rail needed to clear. Looks like stock valve cover covers might be able to be retained as well, we shall see. Tonight is plumbing and insulating the v coolant lines, then swap over all the sensors from stock SC, fill gear case with 4 oz of supplied oil, put injectors and rails on and on she goes, maybe tonight!!

Run out, making sure it was on center in the lathe chuck so the hole would be opened up exactly on center of the existing hole. You spin the part in the lathe by hand and the needle should stay on zero all the way around. Most times takes a little fiddling to get it bang on zero, this only took a few minutes as the ring that I clamped on was concentric with the hole being cut.

Next step was remove the lid for sensor installations, Look at the size of that radiator! It’s almost as big as the one in the front of the car lol
