Hello,

I recently upgraded from a 2018 Rebel to a 2022 TRX and I noticed the front when purchasing, but I’m not sure what the previous owner had connected at one time. I just know this doesn’t have the typical rings that the other models.

Looks like this was towed behind a Motorhome...
I have the same mounts on my car I tow behind my motorhome.

From not doing anything other than going for a ride while not turning?

Should be less destructive than driving the vehicle.

Lots of things can be destroyed if doing things improperly.

Those who can spare the time to read the owners manual and do it the right way shouldn't have any issues.

I was curious about this and according to this it can be flat towed:

"I plan to tow my TRX flat (all wheels down) behind the coach at times (yes, Stellantis says it's designed to be done so - Neutral position on Xfer case selector for just that) - before I trade in my '19 Ram 1500 that's got the brackets mounted to it's frame to tow behind coach, I wonder if anyone has tried using the Blue Ox brackets on their TRX that were designed for non-TRX 1500's?"

Pull towing is one of the worst things you can do to a car. The transmission pump isn’t running, so it’s not pumping fluid through the trans cooler.

With the transmission not turning, there's no reason for the fluid to get cooled.

Yes, the driveshaft will still turn, but with the transfer case in Neutral the transmission won't.

Actually, as I recall it should be in Park.

I would definitely trust a used vehicle that was pull towed to have been done correctly

Me too. Because it's either just fine, or has a new transmission.
