Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

Agreed, you’re not getting OEM Demon wheels to fit your set up.

Factory Reproductions makes sets to fit standard body Challengers in 20”. Discount Tire Direct has them too, but I think they were 9” wide wheels (forgot if that was for front only or both f&r), but they may limit your max tire size.

Is yours a wide body or not? If not Demon rims are tne wrong offset. They do make demon reps in 20" I think with the correct offset for the narrow body cars but no one makes them in 18" for narrow body cars that I know of. Id love 18" Demon rims with the offsets for a non WB car.

It's a classic body.

One of the wheel makers here said they were going to make 20" Demon reps and I thought they were 9.5" wide for a Normal body car. Might have been Triumph but I Cant remember. There is a thread here or the other site where I saw it.

Not sure if I should be flattered or offended. Okay, I drive my Peterbilt somewhat like a sports car at times, but didn't think that the 24.5-inch wheels had anything to do with it.

The minute you go to 20's the Demon wheels look like regular 5 stars. You lose that fat sidewall and deep dish look. Ive yet to find a set for my RE anywhere in 20's that looks right.

True. Unless you’re going with a smaller front brake setup which I’d never do, than you won’t get a closer resemblance. I just happen to dig all 5 star wheels and the Demon replicas are just different enough than the other OEM five stars that I favor them.

Kind of, except with a trailer.

Still a bit miffed that Cooper Tires wouldn't let me onto their wet track. That would've been a much safer place to find out what I can and can't get away with.

It's one thing to want a wheel in a larger size but they're never the what you want them to be when they're scaled up.

As you said, it depends on how you drive. IMO, the Gen III Challenger is a muscle/sports car hybrid. I'm no expert, but, sport suspension, negative camber and larger wheels are indicative of a sports car specs, are they not? I'm not complaining... I'm just sayin'.

That's how I drive my Challenger, as a sports car. Being used to much lighter sports cars, it was a pleasant surprise to find out how well it handles the twisties. Which is a very good thing since we don't have a lot of straight sections of road around here.

Okay, so it's no Lotus Super Seven in the corners, but on the other hand I can pass other cars almost at will.

No on silver, chrome, or gray. Something just looks so off with those on this body. BLACK. Although picture #3 looks awesome...really looks super retro. Digging it.

Kinda agree with poke man again....actually..none of the wheels compliment the car...keep looking...
