ZHC did you upgrade your heads? If so who did the heads for you?
Yes I upgraded with Thitek Bear Gen 3 Hemi heads. Unfortunately, I don’t have a before and after of how they compare versus stock or stock ported heads on this setup. They sure are shiney though.

How far are you from the fastest MPH?
For a Hellcat Charger? 0.29 mph I think? Omega's 156.81 vs my 156.52.

I agree. And if Z doesn’t mind..... I’ve seen the same thing with my Whipple. They have gotten some bad press from a few who for whatever reason don’t like them. My engine is very close to ZHC’s as far as the build goes. It produces its power in such a smooth/liner manor it is noticeable compared to a pulleyed 2.4. It actually drives better on the street. Here’s my dyno graph. It is not corrected. Temps were near 100 degrees with a da of close to 3000ft. This was the “street” tune with max 17 degrees timing on e85. I don’t have a copy of the “race” tune using Ignite 114, but it picked up 40whp over this. If I can get mine to the track anywhere near what ZHC is doing, I’ll be beside myself!! 2ABE8D6A-1F7F-40F7-992A-EFD53476F617.jpeg

Thanks everyone. This build is really lining out better than i could have hoped for. There still are issues to work through with the transmission and I'm sure I'll be breaking other parts along the way. Until then, I'll leave you all with this idle clip I took this morning.

It may be a surprise to some folks, but I never had a chance to dyno the new build before I ran the 8.9's last week. After making several 8 second passes, I decided to change that fact and see how much power she's making.

The 8.90 tune as-is made an SAE corrected 1137 WHP and 1015 torque. After a couple tweaks, I ended the day with 1155 WHP and 1029 torque.

As for who tuned it, that would be me! I’ve been tuning my car myself for nearly 3 years now. I also do all of the mechanical work at home in my garage, except for the 427 swap which I enlisted help from my buddy who has shop space and a lift. My accomplishments this year has been mostly me with help and support from the wife as my pit crew.

When the front wheel (brand new Billet Specialties front runner) scraped the inside of the trailer wheel well, she gave me the thumbs up. All good. Thank you dear!!

Not gonna lie, we’ve had our fair share of incidents. Last year with a rented open trailer, my front bumper got caught on the transition to the dove tail and ripped out a nice chunk of the bumper. It looked like I had a missing tooth up there.

Wife saw it was caught but thought the Charger’s bumper was strong enough to pull through. Go ahead? Ok dear. Oh the look of horror on her face afterwards, lol.

On the flip side, it was a lot easier convincing her I needed my own dependable trailer after this.
