Damn impressive runs! Congrats!
Thanks. I was hoping for a little quicker:ROFLMAO:.
With a new motor in the car I am pretty happy it runs like it used too.

I'm sure the motor is good, but car prep and driver mod seem to be shining through here ;)

We can go with that. LOL
Lots of practice and trying things shows I guess.

I have been trying for years.
I thought that 1.50 was the limit without taking out weight, adding power or 3.09 gears.
I guess I was wrong. LOL

I have found hot lapping the car mine runs faster meaning going right back and running again without shutting the car off. Went 10.65 then 60 and another 60 doing that

Mine does that too when its cold and the car sat for awhile.
Not so much when it's warmer out.

Stock gearing can do it. And in my opinion is more usable on the street.

The motor is still new so hopefully it picks up with more miles on it.
As it is there is just under 1000miles on the new motor.
That new unit seems just fine, Jim. Nice work.

It is good to read yours works and you actually have a timer going. Can’t get any traction on the streets now, the DA is getting real low and it is barking even louder. It will be too risky to use one of the concrete strips around here for a blast. So, I am looking forward to spring and getting some laps done to measure mine up for sure. But, it still feels and sounds great. This patience stuff sucks!

I did not have to wait for cars to run down the track as this was a rental with proper radial prep. No cars without drag radials or slicks were aloud down that lane. Not that there were any there. When it gets colder on a normal tnt day that is the case though. Nick the owner does a great job of keeping the track in good shape.
@jonx96 wants to know if you are looking for any advice on axles?

I wish it was as easy here to get parts as it is for you down there. Not to mention as cheap.
Which axles did you go with?
I'm thinking of upgrading this winter.
After 4years of abuse they may be getting due. My diff may have a few too many passes on it also.🤔

I’m going GeForce. I called them today they said they have no issues recommending me the renegades over the outlaws. They said the outlaws will give me better performance as far as heat goes and maybe some performance. They also said some maintance things are better with the outlaws but have not had issues with the renegades. I’m guessing it is a long term thing. He said the renegades will handle about as much as the outlaws.

The cheapest way for me to get them is through Summit. It looks like $2150 shipped to me. As long as that doesn't change when I finally get billed. So not bad compared to some other things or places
