I installed mine over the weekend while replacing bearings and changing to a 2.72 pulley. Here’s a picture of
how much longer then the socket head cap screws sent. They look Great installed as well, Good stuff 👍👍

Bringing an old thread back to life..... I snapped one of these bolts and have no extras. I pm'd the original seller (Gteatr6) waiting for a response. In the mean time I thought if anyone had a spare or maybe a set your not going to use, I could purchase them from you. Mike

the only thing I can think of is I must have gotten oil on the threads. And like and idiot I kept turning and snap! All of the other bolts torqued just fine. Mike

Interesting, I can see how that could happen. I have a set that I have not installed yet, as well as several sets of O.E. bolts, it might be interesting to compare torsional stiffness.

The following information is taken from the data sheet I received when the bolts were made.
Mechanical tests:
Class 8.8
Brinell hardness 268
Tensile strength (MPa) 858
Yield strength (MPa) 658
elongation % 13
Class 8.8 is the ISO number assigned. I have these on my car and haven't had any issues. I have my stock bolts too. Going to check to see if there’s a head stamp on.

higher quality steel would make for a bad day on the heads and the supercharger when you clap down. Also got to remember these things aren’t in gorilla torque spec
